Frequently asked questions
How do billing weeks work?
Weeks run Tuesday through Monday. Rides you log land in the current open week. When the week closes, each rider's total locks in so you can settle up.
How do Venmo payments work?
Tapping a settle link opens Venmo with the rider's handle, the amount, and an itemized note already filled in. ATH Rides never moves money itself — Venmo handles the payment.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?” to receive a reset email.
How do I get an account?
Accounts are set up by the ATH Rides operator. Email us and we'll get you set up.
Delete your account and data
You can delete your account and all associated rider and ride records at any time. Email rides@athrides.com from your account email address with the subject “Delete my account,” and we will remove your account and data within 30 days.
