Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ATH Rides. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ATH Rides to track rides and settlements for your own use.

2. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by the operator; ATH Rides does not offer public self-signup. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Payment disclaimer

ATH Rides is a record-keeping and convenience tool only. It does not process, transfer, or hold money. All payments happen directly between users through Venmo or other methods you choose. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for payment amounts, errors, disputes, or chargebacks.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Keep the information you enter accurate and lawful to share.

5. Third-party services

The app links out to Venmo. Your use of Venmo or any other third-party service is subject to that service’s own terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of calculations or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATH Rides and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any payment amounts arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

10. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that: this agreement is between you and ATH Rides only, not Apple; your license is limited to use on Apple-branded devices per the App Store Terms of Service; ATH Rides, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its support and maintenance; in the event of any warranty failure, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; ATH Rides, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
